This website is operated by Wagly. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout (CAD in Canada, USD in the United States) and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud or where there has been an error in pricing or availability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy: 30 days from the day your order arrives, and your money back.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions accurate. If a product does not match its description, you can return it for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wagly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
