Track your order
Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. Tracking is created when your order leaves the warehouse, not when you place it, so there is nothing to look up for the first day or two. Orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

Tracking only exists once your order ships, so a brand-new order has none. If it has been more than three business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will find it for you.
