Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Delivery times

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track your order page.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or the tracking has stopped moving, email orders@wagly.shop and we will chase it down. If a package is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.
